Hinoki cutting board of 2cm thickness with a sense of stability by moderate thickness. Because silicon coating is applied to the side, it dries quickly and suppresses black spots. The side surface is coated with silicon, so it dries quickly and prevents black spots.

[Care Instructions]
After use, promptly rinse off any food residue, wipe off excess water thoroughly, and let the board dry completely before storing. Leaving it wet may cause mold.

Avoid pouring hot water directly onto the board at the start of washing, as proteins from fish or meat may solidify and cause lingering odors.

Use a soft sponge or a natural-fiber scrubber with dish soap. Avoid using metal scrubbers, as they may scratch the surface.

Be cautious with bleach—when used improperly, it may react with natural wood oils and cause dark or brown stains. Always dilute bleach according to the manufacturer’s instructions and test it on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Rinse thoroughly after bleaching to ensure no residue remains. Do not use foam-type bleach products.
