The earthenware pot made of Iga's coarse clay, which has high heat storage capacity and a far-infrared effect that allows heat to penetrate to the core of the food, has arrived in stock.

The thick and rounded earthenware pot allows the flavor of the food to soak in slowly in the residual heat after the heat is turned off, resulting in a gentle flavor, making it ideal for hot pot dishes and everyday stewed dishes.

How to use the steamer
・Fill the Donabe with 800ml of water (or hot water).
・Set Sunoko (ceramic plate) and lid on the main body and heat over medium heat.
・Bring to a boil until steam comes out of the hole in the lid.
・Open the lid and place the food on Sunoko.
・Cover the lid again and let the food cook for 1-4 minutes after the steam comes out of the holes in the lid.

Gas fire and oven compatible. 
You can enjoy healthy steaming using the included ceramic sawdust, not to mention the residual heat cooking that only earthenware pots can provide.
